Viewing Alerts

VQ Conference Manager displays alerts for events, such as a call starting, a participant joining a call, or a Call Bridge changing state.

The following diagram show the relationship between events occurring and alerts firing.

Administrators, Super Users and Operators can inspect Alerts over specific periods using the Alert coApp. This can be useful after the event when checking the sequence in which a string of events unfolded.

To see alerts:

  1. Go to the Alerts view from System>System Alerts

  2. Select Filter
  3. Select a Time zone from the drop-down

    This enables the Alert times to be displayed in the appropriate context (for example, a PST based user might report an issue and issue time; selecting the PST time zone allows the alert times to be displayed in PST.

  4. Select Now, Today and Time Range or Date and Time Range

Note: Who sees which alert and the email template used for email notification is configurable from the UX Profile coApp.
