Template Modules Overview

Device Templates in DMA are constructed of Template Modules (containing the required commands or configurations settings), a list of devices that the Template must be applied to and, if ‘persistent’ (meaning to be re-applied regularly to the devices), have details of when this should be done.

To apply settings to multiple devices you must:

1. Create one or many Template modules

2. Attach Template Modules to a Template

3. Assign the Devices to the Template's Group

4. Push the Template to the Devices
